    Purchased this television after our last insignia TV randomly went black screen and died two day after the 2 year warranty was up. Thought I’d give them a try again but just purchase a longer warranty since TVs go out fast these days. This television lasted a week before it did the exact same thing the last tv did. It went black screen and only the sound can be heard. I took it back and they tested it at the store and it sure was dead. I returned the insignia and bought a different brand.

    Defective. No picture until it "warms up."

    Insignia 55" F30. After a week it started taking a while for the picture to display once the TV was turned on. You'd get sound right away but no picture. Now 6 weeks later it takes 10 minutes for a picture to show up and the "warm-up" time gets longer each use. Obviously defective. Can't get any assistance from Best Buy even though it has an alleged 1-year warranty. Insignia customer service no help either. I just need to exchange it for a working unit but no help from Best Buy/Insignia but that doesn't appear to be an option. Avoid this TV.

    We bought this TV about a month ago and finally getting a chance to open the box and mount it on the wall. After installing we realized that there was NO remote in the box. I called Best Buy and since it was a closed box we would have to return the tv and they would exchange it for another. That wasn’t happening, so we had to buy one. Not too happy.

    I bought this TV and used it for NOT more than three months which suddenly the screen went white with a line top to bottom from the screen. I called Best Buy and they denied to answer.

    Buying from best buy so far has been a 20% success rate of me even getting the items I wanted. Signed up for a business account and purchased a good 15+ TVs in total only to have 90% of them just "vanish" or i get no update, or I get told they were lost in shipping. The worst store to get anything at. Never ordering from Bestbuy again.

    I shouldve stuck with my ONN smart tv. This tv lags tremendously. It turns off on its own after 5 minutes even if the tv is paused on a show you’re watching. I have To adjust the lighting n the tv day in and day out. It just runs extremely slow.

    Dysfunctional - Waste of money

    Only had it for a week and it’s glitching. Red blotchy line thru the left side of the tv. AirPlay doesn’t respond, at first it was connecting then it would disconnect out of nowhere. Customer service treated me horribly, transferred me 3x, called me the wrong name, set up an exchange, put the wrong name, address and date I won’t be home then said “I’ll include a free installation then tried to get me to pay for it. I just want a refund & I will never buy from Best Buy again I promise.

    Price was great. But after a month of use the picture on the screen wobbles like your looking at it in n a pond. It’s very weird. Other than that it’s a good TV.

    Worst customer service . Tv was damage and I called to see if they could fix it or replace it . They said someone would come and “fix it”. Takes 2 weeks for them to come in than they say to take it in store to replace it. Called to confirm if I could exchange it in store they say yes. I take it to store and they tell me their is nothing that could be done not even if I had the geek squad guarantee. Didn’t even give me different option were super rude.

    You get what you pay for. Spend the extra 50-60 bucks and get an LG or even 25-30 more and get a TCL. I would not recommend this set regardless of price.

    Voice commands doesn't work

    Bought new but voice commands didn't work. I reset everything 3x including TV, remote, etc. Had a great experience with Insignia 39" TV that I've had for last 7 years no issues. Ended up returning for 50" Insignia open box that works perfectly.

    I have only had the tv for 3 months and it will not power on. It started off random, so I would hold the power button on tv for 10 seconds to power on. Today, nothing is working to turn it on. We tried unplugging and checking all electrical connections. Very disappointed.
