    There's a reason this model went on sale the past year or so... great until it bricks and doesn't stop restarting. Fortunately BB allows geek squad protection on items with planned obsolescence. If you're going to buy this TV- be aware of it's issues and only buy with protection.

    Worse tv I ever bought. The good reviews must be fake. I’ve had it almost a year now and it only gets more frustrating. The smart tv features are super glitchy. Right now I’m trying to download paramount plus and it has been “downloading” for an hour. Hulu crashes constantly. The live tv feature is annoying and it will change inputs on its own.

    Turned on the TV 2 days after purchasing it, and it had large red vertical lines running up and down the screen. Returned to store, but the associate implied we had damaged it. Exchanged TV for the same model, and that stopped working 16 days later. It has power and a black screen.

    Not worth the trouble

    Massive sound problems after one week of use. It started with the Arc relay hand off to the sound bar going in and out. Disconnected the sound bar and found out it was a problem with TV's sound. Then no sound at all. Now I have to take it off the wall and return it. Don't waste your time with this brand.

    Good quality TV but every couple minutes it’s will go black for a slit second and will randomly get quiet even with a soundbar.

    I’ve had it for 3 months and it’s fritzing already. Multiple times it’s shown tv static in the middle of watching a show or movie or the sound has gone out. I haven’t moved it once and it was delivered so nothing I did.

    I just purchased this TV in December, 2024. I hooked it up in January, 2025. Today is Feb. 18, 2025 It has a huge 6 to 8 inch shaded area right down the center of the TV! So it only lasts about 1 and 1/ 2 months!!!!!! Not returnable

    Sound only works intermittently, only had 32 days Best Buy warranty requires a service person come out to look at the TV. Now have to wait another week for that appt and they gave me a 12 hour window of when arriving , Can not choose a specific day, they said only have Wed, not very customer oriented!!!

    Bought the TV 19 days ago, and it only works intermittently. Apparently, the TV's warranty is 15 days! I get its a cheaper tv, but for it to work 19 days is absolutely ridiculous. If this was a brand new technology, like some new QLED or display, I would be more understanding.

    purchased tv thuraday night, used it for few hrs. turned it on sunday afternoon & it had a big grey line going down left side like it was a burn in tv. return tv for something else
