    The sceews dont work for atting the feet. I ourchased a proper stand from amazon. If it doesnt work this is going back. Also. Help at the store was non existent. This overall ecoeriece was not uo to Best Buy standards. What an inconvenience all around

    The TV worked great for the first month, but in the past two weeks I notice there is a slow response time where the screen is blank without sound and after approx. 5 - 7 minutes the home screen will displayed.

    After a month of installation the TV now has a black thick line down the middle. Now I have to take it down and exchange it.

    1st tv was faulty. Volume went out on it, luckily it was withing 2 week period so warranty was in place,. Got a 2nd one and definitely not 4k.. i would spend a little extra on something nicer.

    Biggest piece of crap I have ever purchased. Returned to store un manufacturer warranty, manufacturer returned it didn’t work on it and bestbuy refuses to replace it.

    The worse tv I've ever had in my life. This is the second one since the first one went bad after 6 months. Thank God I bought the extended warranty. Not happy with this model.

    Biggest scam. Tv takes 5 minutes to power on every single time it gets turned off. 9/10 times, it can't connect to any wifi so its really not even a smart tv.
