    I bought this tv in April 2023. The black screen happened on November 17th. Called customer service and we went through a couple of procedures, none worked. My manufacture warranty was only good for one year! I should hsve gotten it. I have a Samsung over 15 years old. My LG is ten years old. I read the reviews before I bought the tv.

    TV turns itself off

    Bought the TV to use as a calendar, but it’s useless because the OS doesn’t allow you to keep the TV on, any inactivity results in the TV shutting off after a few minutes. Guess that’s what you get with cheap TV’s.

    Don't buy this piece of crap brand! You will be sorry! Cox WiFi box pops up continuously, which is probably completely illegal in Anti-Trust Act policy!

    TV freezes all the time. Low storage space and constantly wants you to delete all apps to clear space. Stops working to make you clear space. Shows and movies on apps glitchy, paramount never works on this TV - works on my other TVs.

    Terrible Product - Read the Bad Reviews

    This TV is terrible. The remote controls lag constantly and recently the remote randomly disconnected from the TV. Without the remote, the TV becomes useless. There are no buttons for navigation. Tried every fix suggested online to reconnect the remote, didn’t work. Bought a new remote, didn’t work. Factory reset the TV, didn’t work. You’re paying $200+ for something that will basically become a brick before long. Don’t believe the “smart” part of this TV, there’s nothing smart about it. Buy a TV with buttons and that doesn’t require a paired remote. Get a Roku!

    I purchased a 39" LED smart tv from your company Ser# NS39H22500000A6. I know that it was a cheap set when I purchased it but i thought it would last more than two years but I was wrong. I just want to recommend to any other buyers that they might want to look elsewhere when they need a dependable flat screen TV.

    I dont know what happened. The remote and sound still work but there is no picture. Not the 1st tike this happened to me at Best Buy. Same w my dishwasher but i think a guest i had over broke that. The tv blew my mind though.

    Had for a year and having all kinda of issues 1st the volume starts low and then gwts loud for bo reason and latelty the tv channesl take 2min tomload the tunner ? Driving me me nuts about to junk it take the loss and buy something else

    Incompetent delivery service

    After purchase, the delivery service was unable to locate the address. They did not respond to specific text instructions or phone calls. In fact, they hung up on me as i tried to help them. Would not recommend.

    Disappointed on insignia fire TV

    Don’t buy this tv you will not be pleased The colors are awful Dark scenes couldn’t keep up and kept trying to adjust and is annoying. Brightness was to bright If you spend a lot of time watching movies Spend a little more money and buy something a little better
