Sound quality could be better but it is still great, the volume can be heard from miles away if you want. Overall I think it is a perfect cheap well designed tv that I would gladly buy again if I needed another one.

Misinformation About TV Streaming Functionality!!!

However, prior to purchasing this Fire TV I researched whether the Spectrum App could be downloaded to the television to stream directly through the television home screen through my current service provider. All information that I found indicated that the app could be downloaded to this TV. However, after purchasing I attempted to download the app without success. I contacted Insignia and they indicated that I could not download the Spectrum App to their Fire TV product and to contact my service provider. When contacting Spectrum, they indicated that their app was NOT compatible with Fire TV's. They did indicate that I could use the app through a streaming stick (i.e., Roku) which I did. One of the whole purposes of purchasing this TV was NOT to have to use an additional streaming device with the TV. However, to be able to use my streaming service, I was required to continue to use an ancillary streaming device with the TV in order to do so. Extremely disappointed about the misinformation out there about this television product.
