It does everything that I need. The speakers are good enough for me, but naturally one can hook up a fine amplifier/sound system with all the hookups that come with the TV.

My first Insignia tv

The picture is very nice. 4K quality is nice. Had to make some changes to default picture changes. Once that was done I just logged in to my fire tv account and all my apps worked great. I mostly use YouTube tv which is downloadable. Overall really happy with my purchase.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After a little over three years, our living room's Insignia 50" Fire TV finally gave up the ghost -- literally, as over 3/4 of the screen's display was white. Unfortunately, we did not avail of Best Buy's extended warranty back then. We knew better this time to slap on a 5-year Geek Squad warranty when we recently bought our replacement via a slight size upgrade to 55". We decided to still stick with Best Buy's Insignia house brand primarily due to its affordability and overall dependability for the price. Since we made this purchase only about a month ago, a 5-star rating would be rather premature. We've been happy with our new TV so far. Let's see if it lasts longer than our last one.

I recommend Best Buy bought on line and pickup was excellent service was great. I downloaded my app on the tv and they were fast . My other tv is a smart but took along time before it would work . This tv with fire tv is great wish of order it sooner. Thanks Best Buy.ps the sound is great.

I’ve had no issues, and it’s a big upgrade from our last fire tv which recently started to have a black line in the middle of the screen and it was so slow at loading anything. This one is awesome.

Worth every penny in comparison to other TVs I looked at. Picture is very clear. Sound is good. Remote is easy to use. The feet support the TV well. The TV switches to Cable or Satellite when signal is detected so no fumbling with the remote to switch sources back and forth. Menu's are easy to use as well.
