When we picked it up curb side they helped us load it. It was not bulky it fit right into our car. I didnt need anything fancy as this t.v was for my parents room so simply and easy for them. Buying open box is a way to go to save a little money and still get a great item.

The picture is great all the apps are easily accessible. The sound however, i dont like how it sounds like the speakers not projecting. Was a quick buy last tv went out.

One of the features I use the most is streaming audio to the TV using Apple Airplay. That does not work well. After setting the TV up, Airplay works for 2-3 weeks and then stops working. I can get it to work again by factory resetting the TV, but then it stops working again after a few weeks. That means in order to use the feature I use the most on the TV, I have to re-download and set up and log in to all of my streaming apps every few weeks.

Color and "smart" functions of TV are good. Sound was also better than expected but we plan to add a soundbar. We used Best Buy to mount TV on wall and they did a great job.
I would recommend this to a friend decent for 200 bucks on sale.

I already had one in my bedroom, this one is in my office/play area since I wfh and it’s been a much needed addition.
