Good tv with good picture

Have to unplug to turn tv off. Was told I will have to purchase legs separately after going back in store although someone via chat sent me to go pick up the legs at no additional cost. Makes the open box price not worth it.

However, the purchase online was a total nightmare & so many insignificant answers to my question! That and being sent from one rep to another spending countless HOURS online with them just for 1 transaction was ludicrous! Not to mention telling me I needed to reapply for my Best Buy card because I didn’t receive an updated one??? Seriously?? Why would I want to apply for yet another account when my account I had had all of my history on it?? I think better training with your reps are needed & I will NEVER chat online with your reps again! This transaction had detected me from placing future orders online!
