    Everything about the experience was great. Ordering, shipping, and receiving were handled wonderfully. The delivery crew was friendly, courteous, and prompt. I even had the chance to see the TV at the Kenosha Wisconsin store before delivery and everyone there was also helpful and courteous. I’m a longtime customer and would definitely go to Best Buy again for my electronic needs.

    I love this tv, it’s amazing! I love the talk feature on the controller and I like that I can set pictures on the front. It has been working amazingly for my needs for entertainment. Just the right size for the living room.
