    Insignia has me convinced that I purchased two of the 55" televisions. The 1st one I bought, I was amaze of the operation, usefulness, and speed are excellent. Both the TV software and the Fire TV setup respond quickly to remote control commands. I bought the 2nd TV 3 weeks later. I definitely recommend it if you want speed and smooth functionality.

    Seems like a pretty excellent TV. I could care less about the Fire side of things, but it does come in hand sometimes. We are a Google Home family, so our Chromecast is an easy addition. Very good!

  • Worst Delivery Customer service EVER!!!

    I will never order Best Buy delivery again!! Horrible customer service over the phone. The only person that was any help at all was Tim in the store and he did his best but I’m still without a tv. They didn’t call to remind me of delivery the first time and they refused to leave it though the website says they can if you call them and ask them to. The rescheduled delivery never came because they were in a wreck. Then I had two different people tell me my order was ready to be picked up in the store only to have the store tell me nope it is in transit you can’t pick it up until it isn’t in transit. Then I was told I can’t cancel it or have a refund because it is in transit. It is in transit and will be forever because no one checked it back in because the driver had a wreck and it’s probably in a junk yard somewhere. So I don’t know what to do and no one at Best Buy has been able to help me either. At this point they should give me the tv for free. This has been a horrible experience. I will never order Best Buy to be delivered ever again. I may never order anything expensive to ever be delivered again in general.
