    The built-in tuner is very poor quality. It does not lock in channels from the TV antenna. I had to buy an external tuner box to get broadcast channels. Picture good, fair sound, and otherwise decent.

    The guys helped load my tv and took it to my car. I am disabled and have a walker. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Have recommended the store I went to a few of my senior friends.

    I am very pleased with the TV have not had any problems as of yet, but I only had for a few weeks as well. has a lot of apps on it you just have to download them but that's no biggie.
