    Tv picture is great when it’s working but sometimes the tv black outs. I will check the settings eventually but it’s done this when I’m clicking on an app. Buy Roku or TCL. So much better quality and the same price!

    I've used Insignia Tv's for the last 10 years and I love them. I have one in every room. Easy to use...great!!!! My only concern with this one is the sound. I have to have my volume on 21 or higher. Maybe I did someone wrong in the set up...I'm still playing with it.

    Unfortunately this tv does not work as well as the one it replaced. The volume jumps up and down when going between commercials and back to the programming. Sometimes it gets louder and sometimes it gets very quiet. Also every so often it dumps you out of the program that’s being watched back to the startup screen. We have several tv’s with the firestick built in but this is the only one with these issues.

    This TV is utterly a piece of garbage. The response time to any command is slow, several apps crash constantly (this is also because of terrible apps like Hulu are also grabage). The menus are not intuitive, you require many clicks to get anywhere you want to go. After turning the TV on, it takes several seconds to adjust the image to the normal quality. The worst part is the TV's home screen. It could not be more poorly designed. Nothing seems to be logically organized. The default settings are annoying and impossible to find to make any changes. I mean, i can keep going but i just got lazy. Don't buy it, that's my advice.
