    These Tvs are great. Too bad they come preloaded with Amazon products that take up user space for ither apps. They also regulate which apps you can load and will block those they perceive a threat.

    The picture quality is beautiful! However the sound is a huge issue, having the television on almost the highest sound is barely enough and that sitting 6 feet away. I purchased 3 television with this brand on the same day and so far, only one is working properly, I think the sales they have get rid of the lower quality televisions. Best Buy contacted me previously about the 40” i purchased that goes to a green fuzzy screen, plays an extremely loud sound and the remote wouldn’t turn it off, you have to manually unplug it— that television is mounted in my office in front of my treadmill so that is an extreme annoyance. I don’t recommend this brand and will be contacting the company since Best Buy has been no help.

    TV is too slow. Takes 2-3 seconds for the Settings/Volume screen to show up and the interface is really laggy

    Excellent value for under $200. Smoother interface than the comparable TCL model I previously purchased.

    TVs keep getting green screen when trying to fast forward have to keep on plugging TV from wall

    Good quality for the price but started getting screen issues right after 30 days. Bestbuy was helpful in creating a case and asked to talk directly with insignia. The issue is in and out and resolution recommended was to format the tv, which still persists

    So far no issues with the TV...sound could be better but its only in my bedroom...so not a deal breaker
