    Unfortunately it’s just okay the screen color is not vibrant. But I’ve been try to enjoy it. I think I shopped based on Price and not quality.

    Terrible TV. Takes several minutes to boot up every time I turn it on. The os constantly crashes so I have to use a streaming stick as a workaround. Even using the streaming stick the TV freezes regularly, forcing me to reboot and consequently wait several minutes again. The fun doesn’t stop there: after a five minute boot up, sometimes there is no sound for an additional five minutes before it randomly comes on. It’s an absolute nightmare and embarrassing to use in front of company. Do not purchase this TV, spend a couple hundred bucks more for a quality product that will last you a long time.

    The old, lesson - you get what you pay for.Turnign this TV on, takes forever!I''ve had it for less than a mopnthand it tkes a long time to w"warm up". And when tryoing to move from the homw =e screen to live (cable( tv invoves a whole process of gogun through t menu and then waqiting... and then often having to go through the process again because the c=screen goes blank. And now, when switching to one of the streamoinng services (any of them) the screen turns green for a a while and won't follow commands. I'ts a pain in the butt!

    The TV looks great but there is a stain going from the bottom to the middle of the TV that is about 10 inches long. I will be returning it this week for the same TV hopefully without the stain in the middle.

    Bought the 55" Insignia TV on 10/27. Audio stopped working on 11/14 (18 days). Returned it to the store 11/22 and they said it was already outside their return policy, but still under manufacturer warranty. (BestBuy owns Insignia). Only option was to sent the tv back to Insignia to have them repair or replace. Will take 3-4 weeks. In the meantime, I accidentally left my wall mount bracket on the tv and tried calling the store to get that bracket removed so I could come pick it up. Called the local store # 5 times and it kept routing me to people in another country who could not help me. Finally got so angry I demanded to talk with the local store manage and they finally routed me to the store voicemail. Bad product, bad customer service, bad policies, lousy communication.

    Had audio issues within a week of purchase. Called the store they asked if I had anything attached to it stated I had a sound bar. I removed it no more sound issues. Then a new issue popped up the TV started cutting out

    Sound is flat, even after adjusting equalizer. Must use a speaker system with this TV. Overall good price on a sale.

    The tv is very nice, but the volume is lower on it than our previous tv and we had to purchase a sound bar so that we could adequately hear.

    Do not buy this TV. Fire TV is a joke. I can't hook this up to Wi-Fi. Insignia couldn't help me. So I have to stream using my phone's hotspot. Only reason why I gave it one star is the picture is actually good

    Nicetv for the money but the one flaw is even though its a s smart tv there ar certain apps it does not support such as th Specrum app had to put an old Roku i had and thats how i can watch spectrum

    Good price but it does not function well. We have to reset back to factory settings often to get the guide to work. Also when I use the guide it only works about 1/3 or the time. So when we want to watch channel 12 and we select that from guide it always goes back to channel 2. So we have to do it al least 2x to get the right channel.

    I bought 1 by 2014 and somehow broke the lcd, then bought the same one, after a month of using it, it started to freeze while using it

    Once you put the wall mount on the TV is almost impossible to put the electric cord at the TV.

    My first all inclusive tv. Takes some getting used to. I'm a senior citizen so it's a lot to adapt to.

    Don’t ever buy from Best Buy. Worse company service I’ve ever seen. I spent hours with their customer service who did not do anything except for give me no response and promise a call back that never happened. I consider this store a scam now. I will never buy anything from them again due to the awful service I experienced.

    Works, lighting is good. Speed is very slow when changing apps or using the remote. Lags a ton, not sure if i just got a bad one because everyone else has amazing reviews. Changed for a TCL … TCL was better

    if you've ever had a better TV you WILL notice the difference. I hate it. my Last tv was over 1200 but it was also almost 10 years old. The picture was still better than this one. Its was a bit smaller though. That's the main reason I switched. i might put it back because this one drives me nuts. if you don't have anything to compare this too then you might like it. it's a big tv that works. Glad there's options for everyone. New movies look fine but I stream and find some videos on the internet and you can see it's pixelated. id probably put this in a Childs room.

    I will never buy a Fire TV so long as I live thanks to this device. I was already moving away from Amazon branded anything, but you literally CANNOT set up this TV without a subscription to Prime. Don't have one? No worries, we'll force you to accept a trial with zero other options! Now that you have Prime we'll also include complementary ads on the home screen, with a software experience that makes no intuitive sense. Avoid this TV, and if you don't like wasted time and constant frustrations, avoid Fire TV devices in general.
