    I purchased this device on July 4, 2025. The first week it started doing little weird things like not changing the channel or changing purple whenever I would change apps. I should have returned it the first week but it didn't, now I'm stuck with a tv that had a loud frying sound and everything is purple in hue. This is my 5th Insignia tv and my last. I'm disappointed that ive had this device foe less than a month and that I can't watch, and i trusted Best Buy to resolve this issue quickly but no such luck, they'll send someone in 16 days.

    It’s ok . I’ve never had an issue with fire tvs but, I bought 4 of them but one unfortunately stopped working after a few days.

    Good tv only issue is I have to unplug often due to it causing Netflix to glitch. Never had this issue before this tv.

    tv good just dont like the outline of netflix it bugs me alot

    I had to return the Insignia 55" tv. HDMI 1 and HDMI 2 ports did not work. HDMI 3 was fine. I found this out after Spectrum came out.

    The TV screen was broken and then when I tried to exchange within the 15 days I was giving a lot of pushback and the customer service was not nice at all

    Many times the voice and picture are not in sync. Not crazy about the picture quality either .

    The TV constantly freezes and exits apps randomly. The live TV app goes to the wrong channel every time. If you try and turn up the volume it increases 5-6 levels randomly. Reset the TV updated software and still have issues. The FireTV software is a horrible UI.

    It has a pretty picture. Was working good. Sith in a month the sound keeps buzzing. Too laye to return. Disappointed….it was a present for my mother. I usually get Toshiba.

    After I get a notification from Ring (since it’s connected to my Amazon), there’s no sound or there’s a static sound.

    Just an okay TV. Apps crash (Hulu constantly). Inputs are delayed a lot. Screen can’t be seen if you’re off center. Get what you pay for. Fine for a cheap TV

    Very disappointed in this tv. I've had this tv almost 2 months and the sound keeps going out or either it will be very low. To resolve the issue temporarily I have to keep restarting the TV. Then it freezes a lot saying my Internet is the issue but I don't have those issues on any of my other tvs.

    This tv is a replacement on a tv with warranty now this tv needs replacing they have approved the replacement I have been waiting for an appointment to be set up to replace it since the 9th of January I don’t recommend this brand to anyone
