    The TV was awful. It stopped working good after three weeks. I suggest you get another one.

    This TV came defective. The audio sounded muffled and you couldn’t hear it clearly. I was able to exchange it, but it’s not the first time I’ve gotten a defective TV from Best Buy. Previously, I had bought a Toshiba TV, and after two and a half years, the audio also started failing. Unfortunately, in that case I couldn’t exchange it because too much time had passed since the purchase

    Piece of junk. I attached an antenna, scanned for channels and watched local TV for an hour. When I came back, local TV was gone and could not get any channels when I tried to rescan. It randomly turns itself off when I am watching a show. The sound is inconsistent. It will be barely adible during dialog, the it is blasting the dialog. Piece of junk.

    Worse customer service at the point of purchase! The cashier was rude and not helpful! I’ve had my TV for leas than 30 days and the speakers have terrible static!! I attempted to return the TVs to Best Buy. They states you only have 15 days after the purchase to make returns! I will never buy be a Best Buy customer EVER again!

    I’ve had this TV for the past 6 months and just recently it started acting up real bad. The tv speakers will randomly make a weird popping noise followed by the TV shutting off itself. Sometimes it will randomly turn itself on when no one in the living room.

    I have had this tv for only 5 months and one of the speakers on the tv has already went out. You can barely hear the tv with it turned all the way up. I was told by others it was not a good brand after buying it. I will not buy another.

    I have had this tv for one month and it randomly powers off. Now the speaker has gone out on it. It cant run apps at all. Worst smart tv on the market dont buy not worth your time. Go for a nicer brand thisnone is garbage.

    Be aware that you CANNOT use this TV without an Amazon account. It won’t just run an HDMI input without an Amazon account.

    This thing looked TERRIBLE, ran slow, couldn't do basic functions. Equivalent of a black friday tv. Mind you, it may be great for other people but we returned ours immediately

    This TV appears to be defective.It constantly goes out. I have to restart it and it keeps making a weird popping noise. I have purchased one before this one and it works fine however this is defective. So I believe this one is a lemon.

    i only had the tv for about a month and already i notice it keep having static problems, im going to call tommorrow and ask to exchange my tv.

    If I could give this thing -100 stars I would. OUT OF THE BOX it took us 2-3 hours to get the apps setup. Should have taken 10 minutes maximum. Nothing but issues since. Will return. DO NOT BUY THIS STUPID TV!
