Awful I had previously purchased a fire TV so I thought I'd be safe with another one. However this one constantly crashes. The audio keeps going out. I restart it and it still doesn't help. I should have just took my money and shreded it that would have been a better use of my money. I do not recommend this model

The whole bottom of the tv blanked out on me. Just got the rv on July 2nd

Not only is it nearly impossible to find the connector to hook up an antenna to the to the hdmi from my little xfinity box, once i found it, i had to have it shipped for 36$ , because nobody in the store knew what i was talking about.. now its all connected, the cable tv still doesnt work. The sound is absolutely horrible, and seven channels come in from antenna. Seeing now that i just missed the return date? Im angry It has taken me since I bought it to try to watch tv. It’s a shame.

Compared to my previous Vizio t.v. this new fire t.v. Is difficult to use, hard to understand once I found the hard to find user manual, which did not help, I still can’t figure out how to program favorite channels. And even once I became familiar with the remote functions they are inefficient and constantly reset to a beginning state if one deviates from the strict lineal progressions. Over all I would not recommend or purchase again. And last but not least a number of basic control setting are not included, screen size, and easy color calibration are not as good or efficient as my old Vizio t.v.

I bought this TV on a whim. I had a much smaller TV in my bedroom that was about 32" and when I mounted it and turned it on, the LCD panel was completely ruined, so I had to replace the whole thing. I was so mad, I impulse bought this TV. I ordered this Insignia TV online, and since I live across the street, it was ready in about 45 minutes. I got a labor day deal on it too! For whatever reason, the 55" was bigger than I thought, and I thought it would be too big in my room, but it's perfect. It was extremely light and easy to mount onto my wall. I didn't use the stand it comes with. The first thing I noticed was the picture's vibrancy. This TV picks up color VERY well, and the picture itself is crisp and clear. It's definitely 4K and I'm very pleased, especially for the price I got it for. What surprised me was the sound! It can get extremely loud, I tested putting it on max volume and I could hear it from the backyard! It's in my bedroom so there would be no need for me to ever have it that loud, however, I think this would also be a great TV to have in a living room or great room. I use this TV every single day. I work from home so I use it to play music in the background when I'm working, and of course watching all of my shows. I don't even go in my living room anymore to watch TV, I now have the best TV in our whole house! I live with family and now they all come in to watch TV with me. It's still a Fire TV, so it has the same remote. I think the Fire Remote is fine, and I appreciate the easy access buttons to certain apps on the bottom. My only critique is the Amazon Music button. I don't use it, and I don't think I ever will, so it's just kind of there. It's more of a bothersome thing though, it doesn't hinder my TV time. I'm very happy with this purchase. Even though I bought it on a whim out of frustration on my part, I don't regret getting this Insignia TV at all. It has everything I need, and to me it's the perfect size and look.

I had this TV literally one month to the date and it has already start with double vision and fading - I am disappointed as I only had it a month I will be requesting a refund

Picture, sound and brightness are ok. I was expecting a better quality.

It broke within 24 hours before it broke the colors where nice

This TV is an excellent buy! Bought it on sale and with its size it is perfect for my living room to watch sports and any other show that is on. The images are crisp and clear and I couldnt ask for anything better! Setup was a breeze, only thing I had issues with was plugging the power cord into the back was a little wonky once it was up on my mantel.

I bought the 55" Insignia Fire TV from Best Buy and overall, I'm very happy with the purchase. The size is perfect for my living room, and the picture quality is surprisingly good—clear, sharp, and vibrant, especially for the price point. The Fire TV interface is easy to use and makes streaming super convenient without needing any extra devices. My only small gripe is the sound—it’s not as loud or rich as I expected. It works fine for everyday use, but a soundbar would really enhance the audio experience. All in all, this is a solid smart TV that delivers great value. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a budget-friendly 4K option.

This has been an excellent TV, especially for the price. It finally was time to upgrade to a smart TV, and I didn't need anything extravagant for a small apartment living room. The sale price was unreal - I happened to log in to shop when this TV was $180 off regular price. Easy curbside pickup, lightweight, and super easy set up.

I got this TV when Best Buy was running a really good deal. I got it for a little less than 50% off; it was a great buy! I would definitely by it again. The setup was super easy. I was able to get the mounting hardware attached with no problem (if you are using a coaxial cable or the cables or the red, white and black...can't remember what those are called specifically, the mount may hang over the area where those plug in, so you may want to do that first). The account login and setup of the tv is very straightforward and pretty user friendly. The picture quality seems to be very good for me. It's just the TV we use in our room, but the clarity is solid and the colors are nice and sharp. My biggest con that I would give the TV is more a reflection of the FireTV platform. There are certain things I like about it, but me and my wife do not like that the Home Screen has ads on it for various tv shows and movies. The reason we don't like this is because we have a younger child and with halloween, a lot of the ads are for the horror movies that have come out. We do like that you can at least turn off the auto play feature for the ads, and it is just still pictures instead of the full trailers, but we wish that you could just have a Home Screen with all of the apps showing without ads. Sadly, I think that is where we are with any smart tv platforms though. If it were not for the ads, I would definitely give this tv 5 stars.

I got 3 of them. I won't go into the details of the image because it's good enough for me. The only thing that I would change about it is the HDMI placement. I wish they would be in both sides instead of all of them being in one side. It is not as thin as thought, but I don't mind. It's kind of lightweight. I am able to hang it in the wall bracket by myself. It switches to the connected HDMI device (Directv, in my case) easily by pressing any key in the directv remote.

I REALLY REALLY like this TV. We needed something to replace our old TV and this one was such a good choice. I love that the Fire TV is already programmed into it, the picture is crisp and sound is perfect, anddd we got a great price on it. better than any of your competitors... even AFTER the holiday season. Good job guys!

Great picture and great overall value. Easy to set up and very light if you choose to mount.

My son purchased the 43” Insignia tv as a Christmas/birthday present for me during the 1st quarter of 2025. I decided Ito purchase a 55” for me and a friend. The picture is good quality. The setup was easy. The sound does not stay at the same level when tuning from station to station. There was no operational manual included. Learning to operate the remote and settings is a process of trial and error. I’m still trying to learn and remember how/what to do. Not too happy about that. Got them during a special price reduction.

This TV is EVERYTHING!!!! The picture quality is amazing so is the sound. It fits beautifully in the space I picked. The delivery was fast and the tv itself was easy to get up and running. I would definitely recommend this TV to everyone.
