Picture was meh. I thought id go the cheap route, and ended up returning it and getting a much better tv. I would not buy this

Returned to Best Buy they were very nice and accommodating took back the Tv and we got a TLC

Now Best buy and Geek Squad helped me out to diagnose what the issue is and at the end of the day they helped me with exchange to my new one coming today.

TV needs to be unplugged for a minute EVERY TIME it's used in order to get the sound to come on. Bought 3 Insignia Fire TVs and this happens on all 3.

Only the official Insignia remotes work. Then once I got it to finally turn on, the sound doesn’t work. It’s glitchy and slow. Don’t waste your money on this!
