However, the Hulu app constantly crashes and none of the troubleshooting suggestions have helped. Hulu is basically unusable and that is what we use for live tv.

OK TV for the money

Bestbuy was helpful in creating a case and asked to talk directly with insignia. The issue is in and out and resolution recommended was to format the tv, which still persists

Sound is Lacking

Good TV bad company

Too bad they come preloaded with Amazon products that take up user space for ither apps. They also regulate which apps you can load and will block those they perceive a threat.

Try to sort favorite channels how you want and it just sorts them how it wants. Do not have this problem with any of my FIRESTICKS! Good picture quality for the price is the only thing I like.
