    Tv works fine I guess shuts down sometimes randomly but otherwise works fine

    It seems to buffer a lot more than my old tv. Also I can’t stop it from automatically shutting off. I leave the tv on while I’m at work for noise for the dogs. It helps with the separation anxiety. No matter what I have tried it turns off.

    TV is too slow. Takes 2-3 seconds for the Settings/Volume screen to show up and the interface is really laggy

    We originally purchased this TV in June. The apps would “force close” by themsleves, the sound would randomly not play for some shows, the TV would turn itself off etc. We tried unplugging it for a while to “reset” it, logging everything out and back in again, etc. but the issues persisted. We brought TV #1 back and exchanged it for TV #2 in July (the same exact model and size). It’s August and TV #2 is having the same issues as TV #1. I have purchased multiple Insignia TVs since 2010 and this is the first time that I have experienced so many issues. It’s a huge waste of our time to keep buying/exchanging TVs, just to keep dealing with the same problem. To make it worse, we have to stand there at Best Buy while they attempt troubleshoot the issue and give us a hard time about taking the clearly defective TV back… like they’re doing us a huge favor.

    Good TV for the price. Picture quality is not that great. Too much hassle to return so just kept it for my daughter to use in her college apartment. If you’re not too picky, it works.

    The only issue I have with this TV is that the speakers in the back side of the TV instead of the front so you can barely hear I had to go buy a soundbar so I could hear my TV bad design

    Unfortunately it’s just okay the screen color is not vibrant. But I’ve been try to enjoy it. I think I shopped based on Price and not quality.

    The TV looks great but there is a stain going from the bottom to the middle of the TV that is about 10 inches long. I will be returning it this week for the same TV hopefully without the stain in the middle.
