I bought one "open box" from Best Buy El Paso, they just wrap the TV on plastic with no control and accessories, also the description says "excellent" like new, but the TV was not in that condition. Horrible experience from the store.

The tv keeps switching channels on its own. I want to take it back but I have already paid someone to mount the tv on the wall I would have to pay them to take it down exchange it and pay them to put it back up.

Just an okay TV. Apps crash (Hulu constantly). Inputs are delayed a lot. Screen can’t be seen if you’re off center. Get what you pay for. Fine for a cheap TV

The TV constantly freezes and exits apps randomly. The live TV app goes to the wrong channel every time. If you try and turn up the volume it increases 5-6 levels randomly. Reset the TV updated software and still have issues. The FireTV software is a horrible UI.

Piece of junk. I attached an antenna, scanned for channels and watched local TV for an hour. When I came back, local TV was gone and could not get any channels when I tried to rescan.
It randomly turns itself off when I am watching a show.
The sound is inconsistent. It will be barely adible during dialog, the it is blasting the dialog.

This TV came defective. The audio sounded muffled and you couldn’t hear it clearly. I was able to exchange it, but it’s not the first time I’ve gotten a defective TV from Best Buy. Previously, I had bought a Toshiba TV, and after two and a half years, the audio also started failing. Unfortunately, in that case I couldn’t exchange it because too much time had passed since the purchase

Very disappointed in this tv. I've had this tv almost 2 months and the sound keeps going out or either it will be very low. To resolve the issue temporarily I have to keep restarting the TV. Then it freezes a lot saying my Internet is the issue but I don't have those issues on any of my other tvs.

Worse customer service at the point of purchase! The cashier was rude and not helpful! I’ve had my TV for leas than 30 days and the speakers have terrible static!! I attempted to return the TVs to Best Buy. They states you only have 15 days after the purchase to make returns! I will never buy be a Best Buy customer EVER again!
