If I could give this thing -100 stars I would. OUT OF THE BOX it took us 2-3 hours to get the apps setup. Should have taken 10 minutes maximum. Nothing but issues since. Will return. DO NOT BUY THIS STUPID TV!

Unfortunately the tv i picked up is defective and started showing about a month after i purchased it. Now Best buy and Geek Squad helped me out to diagnose what the issue is and at the end of the day they helped me with exchange to my new one coming today.

Start rebooting on its own, freezes, changes back and forth between imputs, currently onmy way to return it

Junk! Do not buy. First the remote didn’t work and I had to get a replacement. Only the official Insignia remotes work. Then once I got it to finally turn on, the sound doesn’t work. It’s glitchy and slow. Don’t waste your money on this!

Sound is defective. TV needs to be unplugged for a minute EVERY TIME it's used in order to get the sound to come on. Bought 3 Insignia Fire TVs and this happens on all 3.

Had this tv now 15 days and its been recently glitching real badly and ofcourse its been over 14 days so Best But wont take returns anymore. Dont waste your money!
