    i like the tv as a whole. the only issue i had was about two weeks after i bought it the audio was spazzing out on specific shows and i had to unplug the tv and do a hard reset to get it to stop. overall a good tv

    I am extremely disappointed with my experience with my brand new Insignia 55" Class F50 Series LED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV. I bought this TV brand new from Best Buy, and not long after setting it up, it started shutting off on its own. Best Buy told me to contact Insignia, so I did. They sent a technician out, but the TV still has the same problem. Now I'm being told the part needed to fix it isn't available and it could take weeks to come in. I honestly don't think I should be dealing with repairs on a brand new TV. To make matters worse, after researching online, I found numerous reviews from other customers describing the exact same issue with this model. It appears this is not an isolated incident. At this point, I have lost confidence in this TV. I shouldn't have to wait weeks for parts to repair a brand new product that never worked properly. I believe a full refund or an exchange is the appropriate resolution.

    Great tv for price. Took me a minte to get my buds to connect via Bluetooth but its great that i even can. This TV has everything i need and is a great price. I ended up getting a second one.
