Try to sort favorite channels how you want and it just sorts them how it wants. Do not have this problem with any of my FIRESTICKS! Good picture quality for the price is the only thing I like.

Called for repairs, was rold its a common issue, the parts werent in so they offered me an exchange. Exchanged for a brand new one and within 2 weeks same exact problem. Waiting 2 weeks on a repair again. Been a month and a half here with NO TV.

They were building out a new location and did not open or test for 7 months. They just had directv come out for professional installation and they tried everything to get it to pair to it's remote but no luck. Warranty says it must be brought in with its original packaging which is long gone. Waste of money.

I will be returning it this week for the same TV hopefully without the stain in the middle.

And when tryoing to move from the homw =e screen to live (cable( tv invoves a whole process of gogun through t menu and then waqiting... and then often having to go through the process again because the c=screen goes blank. And now, when switching to one of the streamoinng services (any of them) the screen turns green for a a while and won't follow commands. I'ts a pain in the butt!

The os constantly crashes so I have to use a streaming stick as a workaround. Even using the streaming stick the TV freezes regularly, forcing me to reboot and consequently wait several minutes again. The fun doesn’t stop there: after a five minute boot up, sometimes there is no sound for an additional five minutes before it randomly comes on. It’s an absolute nightmare and embarrassing to use in front of company. Do not purchase this TV, spend a couple hundred bucks more for a quality product that will last you a long time.
