It’s a nice TV. I had to go through a process of exchange due to the first one that I purchased having a malfunction issue with the sound, but the replacement TV is functioning properly. The store representatives handled me with care, so I am very happy with my purchase, and the quality service I received!

Great budget TV! The picture is sharp and colorful thanks to the QLED panel, and the Fire TV interface is fast and easy to use. Alexa voice remote is a nice bonus. Sound is decent, and setup was super simple. Viewing angles aren't the best, and HDR isn’t super bright—but for the price, it’s hard to beat. Perfect for bedrooms, guest rooms, or anyone wanting a 4K smart TV without spending a fortune. Would definitely buy again.

Broke my daughter’s TV while moving her back into the college dorms. Saw this one advertised at a great price. I am not disappointed and she is very happy with the TV, very easy to set up especially if you have Prime as it is a Fire TV. Great all around smart tv and at an exceptional price can’t beat it.

Excellent TV for the price, it was helpful to turn off basically all the options under Picture -> Advanced like Dynamic noise reduction, etc. for the the best quality.

We went to Best Buy to look at a 55inch TV, and saw this one on display. The picture was very good and, now that we have it working here, the sound is more than acceptable for our small living room. Because we have the Total plan, it was no-charge delivered in 2 days, carried in to where it was to stay, and very easy to set up. Our TV purchase will be from Best Buy.

I am familiar with the Insignia brand, but this is the first purchase I've made from them. I traditionally purchase Sony or Samsung units, and I was pleasantly surprised with this device. It's truly plug-n-play setup and was done in a few minutes. The screen clarity is just as good as my Samsung and Sony units. For the price, this is a great purchase and definitely worth giving this a try. I plan to purchase more of these to put in other bedrooms.

The picture quality of the set is good to excellent, the wifi strength is lacking, the tv is about 25 feet from the router and has trouble at times keeping the connection on 2.4, we won’t even discuss the 5g connection. There seems to be a lag in the remote, which at times causes erratic behavior in the TV. At this point I wish we would have purchased a different TV, but it’s too late now.

I bought this on a Labor Day sale for less than $200 and then paired it with an Insignia sound bar because I knew the tv speakers would be weak. I have this installed outside on my deck and keep a cover on it when I'm not watching. The tv is less than 30 pounds and was easy to install and is a good value for the money

This replaced the last one we had. Great picture for our needs. It offers all that we require from a low price TV brand. We really like the brand.

Picture quality is what you would expect out of a tv this price. It's very good and usable but nothing that would blow your mind like an OLED. Only real complaint is there is a little bit of lag when selecting your options on the home screen. Other than that it's a worthy purchase!
