Our family loves the picture and the bright sharp colors. Easy setup and study legs. Thank you Best Buy!

I went into the store set on buying the QLED model but saw this TV on display. The color was bright and vibrant. I asked the salesperson what's the difference between this model and a QLED. He told me that the QLED has more colors. Billions vs millions. I ended getting this TV instead because I don't think my eyes can tell the difference between that amount of colors. When I turned on the TV for the first time at home, it booted right into Fire TV. It's basically a Fire TV with a screen. It's great for me because that's the only thing I use the TV for anyway. Saves me from buying an external Fire TV stick. Like I said, this TV is a Fire TV with a screen. Everything runs off the Fire TV interface.

Had a 10-year-old TV prior to this, so this was a huge upgrade. Great quality, sound, and a lot of customizable settings to give it that movie theater vibe. Definitely recommend!

Color quality and latency is very good, no drag on gaming consoles and movies are crisp and clear with no latency that I can see. Needs a sound bar for full effect, but ok with the TV sound. Very happy with this purchase!
