Picture is amazing, the quality of the screen is amazing it really brings you into the show like if your living it. But the only issue I have with it is HULU doesn’t work on this tv. Tried to troubleshoot it with CS but no help.

You get what you pay for. I watch a lot of TV and for the money this was a great buy. it's been on nearly everyday for 7 weeks now avg of 4hrs a day. Better than avg picture quality and sound. If I was to knock it for anything, the two items that jump out are the lack of picture control (Ie: mode handling) and the inherent limitations of the FireTV catalog vs. PlayStore. Other than those- I would recommend this as a better than avg budget 55" TV.

Exactly what I needed. This TV has all the needed features, easy to set up and lightweight.

Absolutely cannot beat the price and qualitiy of Insignia! It's my first time purchasing this brand and it does NOT disappoint!

Had a 45” 10 year old Sony and all i can say is it is incredible for the price and the display is awesome! Definitely recommend getting this TV. Super light and sleek.

We have 2 of these and they work great. They connect to our Amazon account and once one is set up it’s fast and easy to set up another. All the streaming services work well on it

The day before my holiday company was to arrive, my 49" Toshiba FireTV went belly up with multiple occurrences ofnthengreen screen of death. All known fixes didn't work. I bought this TV as a quick replacment. Its just OK. The picture is what you'd expect from a TV at this low price point. The volume has to he cranked quite a bit to hear anuyhing clearly. The processor is really slow, maybe half as slow as my Toshiba. It'll do for now

I bought this TV for my exercise room and was blown away by the abilities of this Smart TV features. It not only have everything my other TV's had as far as streaming options but it had ever more. I used to work for Best buy do I know the quality of Insignia but I was so impressed with everything it would do. The programming is so above any exprectations that i could have hoped for. I will recommend this TV to EVERYONE I know.

For being one of the most cheapest TVs I have ever bought it has to be the best as far the quality for your money. It has been some years since I last purchased a TV and this one does not disappoint.

This is my second 55-inch Insignia TV from Best Buy. I like that it is pre-packaged for Fire TV, and the price/value/screen size is unbeatable. Buyer beware. Please check your TV screen before the return policy expires. The second TV had a badly damaged screen, although the outside packaging was brand new. I had purchased it early for my daughter heading to college, as it was on sale. By the time I opened the package and found that the screen was broken, it was too late to return it to Best Buy. The only way for me to swap it was to purchase the $50 yearly membership from Best Buy, which extends the return date policy. And that idea was suggested to me by a caring Best Buy customer service representative. After talking to my other daughter about my experience, she suspects that a previous customer must have damaged his/her TV screen, ordered a brand new similar TV, replaced the new TV with the damaged TV in the new box, and closed the box before returning it to Best Buy. Apparently, this practice is well-known among computer enthusiasts who purchase monitors. So, Best Buy, please check the screens of TVs being returned. They may be swapped with damaged one.

Nice clean picture. TV speakers provide good sound without the need for a sound bar.

You want to impress your guests and yourself, but your on a budget. Look no further, this is THE best value out there. It may seem to good to be true but I’ve had tons of TVs all types of brands, sizes, ect. If your budget is $250 and under nothing else in the market compares.
