Wasn't expecting much for a TV costing less than $200, but I'm pleased overall. Nice picture. Played Switch 2, PS5 and Xbox on it with no problems.

Easy to setup and it was a good price. My only issue is the feet are too wide to sit on the mantel.

at first i was very unhappy. i could not connect up with xfinity and it took me 2 weeks to finally get it done when my granddaughter figured out how. then the music was so loud in the background i could not hear the voices to understand them. i almost gave it back but now ok.

Love this TV! Size is great for a large bedroom. Price is definitely a plus!

The price was exactly what we were looking for and the picture quality is good. The reaction time from the remote is extremely slow and glitchy. We've had to do a hard reset 6 times in the two weeks we have owned it. Remote volume stops working, youtube tv had clicking sound, apps don't show up on home screen. My wife says worst tv ever because of this. The hard reset of eliminating power for one minute does reset it, but it is so frustrating.

4K Smart TV: Entry/affordable large screen. Less advanced backlighting, but excellent size for the money if performance trade-offs are acceptable.

Great tv! Only wish it didn’t have both Amazon music and Prime on the remote. Would rather have YouTube or Hulu.

This Insigina fire tv was an excellent choice. The size is 55" perfect for tv watching in my bedroom. It was always hard to see the text without getting up and standing in front of the tv. This Smart Fire TV is excellent so I bought 2 more to use in our gaming room. The clarity and colors make the games more fun. I tell everyone I know about this brand and the great deal I got with Best Buy.

This TV is wonderful. We didn’t buy an expensive one because we wanted to use it in the bedroom. So we didn’t expect much when we bought it, when we first turned it on we were both amazed at how good the picture and quality that we received. Thanks, Best Buy.

I'm extremely surprised with the quality of picture on this TV. I wasn't expecting a lot for the price I got it back the color is excellent and it has excellent connection to my wifi, something that plagued my previous TV.

Tv works just as intended. Not the best tv there is and had some issues with it turning off at times. Bht that hasnt happened in awhile. The only other complaint i have is i wish these tv's were faster and didnt lag as much. But you get what you pay for i guess.

I'M very impressed with the Insignia brand. The price was right and it had everything that i was looking for and it was perfect for my bedroom.
