You get what you pay for. I watch a lot of TV and for the money this was a great buy. it's been on nearly everyday for 7 weeks now avg of 4hrs a day. Better than avg picture quality and sound. If I was to knock it for anything, the two items that jump out are the lack of picture control (Ie: mode handling) and the inherent limitations of the FireTV catalog vs. PlayStore. Other than those- I would recommend this as a better than avg budget 55" TV.

The time was perfect for me. My TV decided to quit on me and I did not know where to go for a new one. Best Buy had so many tv's to pick from and I got one on sale. It works perfectly and fits perfect on my wall. Color is bright and I like the easy remote. Not a lot of buttons to push, or confuse me. Love It!

The picture quality of the set is good to excellent, the wifi strength is lacking, the tv is about 25 feet from the router and has trouble at times keeping the connection on 2.4, we won’t even discuss the 5g connection. There seems to be a lag in the remote, which at times causes erratic behavior in the TV. At this point I wish we would have purchased a different TV, but it’s too late now.

Very good TV, very nice colors, and it's Sharp. The reason for four stars is that as soon as you turn on the TV commercials begin to play. Since it's a bedroom tv, we're waking each other up. Also, one bad design is that remote control does not have dedicated sleep button, and you have to search for it through settings.

Brought it for my wife for her birthday.she enjoys watching her favorite shows in the bedroom.and the 55 inch the perfect size.and the insignia is one of the best tv’s I’ve ever had

Visuals is stunning! Picture runs smoothly across the screen. Built-in Amazon Fire TV offers variety of streams seamlessly. And, for a good affordable price, it's worth it!

Good picture quality, easy to use overall. Do have to do hard restart periodically to keep Pri.e working

We updated our bedroom tv and all I can say is it’s an amazing picture quality. The sound can be adjusted once in settings to your preferred settings. Overall great purchase and product!

This is my second 55-inch Insignia TV from Best Buy. I like that it is pre-packaged for Fire TV, and the price/value/screen size is unbeatable. Buyer beware. Please check your TV screen before the return policy expires. The second TV had a badly damaged screen, although the outside packaging was brand new. I had purchased it early for my daughter heading to college, as it was on sale. By the time I opened the package and found that the screen was broken, it was too late to return it to Best Buy. The only way for me to swap it was to purchase the $50 yearly membership from Best Buy, which extends the return date policy. And that idea was suggested to me by a caring Best Buy customer service representative. After talking to my other daughter about my experience, she suspects that a previous customer must have damaged his/her TV screen, ordered a brand new similar TV, replaced the new TV with the damaged TV in the new box, and closed the box before returning it to Best Buy. Apparently, this practice is well-known among computer enthusiasts who purchase monitors. So, Best Buy, please check the screens of TVs being returned. They may be swapped with damaged one.

Set is perfect for the space, delivery was amazing, install and set up were handled efficiently and correctly. The 2 service techs were friendly and knew what they were doing. My wife and I could not say enough great things about the whole transaction.

I’ve been using this Smart TV for a few weeks and it performs consistently well. The sound and image are balanced, and navigation through apps is easy. It does exactly what I expected.

The Insignia 55" F50 Series 4K UHD Smart Fire TV is an excellent value for the price. The picture quality is sharp with vibrant colors, solid brightness, and surprisingly good contrast for a budget-friendly TV.

This TV looks great. Never any issues with the picture or sound. It's a fire tv, but when I use the remote for the cable, it's so smart, that it changes input without me having to do it manually.

Great color, sound fits in my space perfectly. Ease of using the fire stick to get apps and move though programs to find what I need. I really enjoy this TV.

For the money, such an incredible value for a TV. This is our 4th Insignia we’ve purchased, and they have all worked well. While it may not be the quality picture of a much higher priced Samsung or Sony, the picture is very serviceable; and the TV is more reliable than a lot of legacy brands. For the price, you surely won’t me disappointed.

Its so easy to set up in 3-4 steps and turns on on time and video is so smooth its a 10/10 product my games are not lagging along with movies are smooth on normal settings

This is a great t v for the price. Fits perfectly over a fireplace, lightweight, easy to handle. The color and clarity is great however, if you watch It at an angle more than 45 degrees or so the color looks off/washed out so it would be best viewed on a swivel wall mount.
