Ok tv but 4K channels and movie appear dark
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Out of the box the TV for the price was fine however we have 4K channels and tonight was the first time using one and the color for 4K is dark and looks greyish. Not sure if anyone else has experienced this but I am def not happy with this being a 4K QLED I was hoping to take full advantage of the 4K feature and I cannot. I will be going to the store tomorrow to see if this is expected or if the tv is messed up. In the images attached the commercial is a regular commercial and the baseball game is using 4K channel
