Picked up @ Best Buy warehouse. Employees were prompt and courteous and loaded tv into my vehicle. TV works well with good picture. This is my first Fire device and I’m really liking it.

I have 2 other Insignia tvs both with firestick and love them. They are easy to download apps for those of us who are no longer hooked up to cable ir fios.

Needed a second tv due to working fr home, a little hesitant about the brand but very surprised the QLED makes the pixelation crystal clear

Really happy with this 55" first QLED screen. I've been looking for something affordable that has most of the modern capabilities like HDR and Dolby Vision.

Works great. Good picture. I'm using it as q TV in the basement for my office/kids playroom. I wasn't looking for top of the line and this was perfect for my needs.

After having this television for a few months after purchasing, I am very pleased with the picture quality and performance. No issues at all and great television for the money.

This TV lasted less than 3 years before it started to develop a huge dark spot. The audio was always a little weak so I bought a sound bar. Now I have to replace the whole TV. For the price point, I guess it's not surprising but it just feels wasteful.

Easy to set up, great picture quality (QLED), and size is right, all for a reasonable price. Had it about 2 months and no complaints.

It was a gift and I’ve been told the tv is decent. It looks good being on the wall. The price was reasonable and working like it is supposed to.

Decent Picture Quality For HD And 4k Content. Sometimes Cannot Access Settings Menu. Price Dropped $40.00, 10 Weeks Later. No Price Adjustment For Me. TV And Fire System Holding Up Okay. First Time Smart TV Owner. Will Be Trying Another Operating System.

This tv blew my mind I bought it as a replacement to my old one which was like a year old and the screen started giving out but this tv is amazing and sounds amazing too

Great quality tv. Nice clear picture. Would highly recommend.

Quality is good along with picture. Biggest problem, it turns off after about 8 min if its idle. No screensaver or anything so if you frequently pause to get a snack or play on your phone, this is not the tv you want. Everything about the picture and sound is good for the peicw but definitely should be purchased for an extra room tv and not a main tv.
