It has a back button but it takes you to home/ guide settings and not the the previous channel. I googled and found nothing regarding this option. Another thing I didn’t really like is the image quality.

Only got this one for the sale price. Went from tv that was over $1,000 to this one. With zero regrets. I didn't know what I was missing out on. It was so good that I went and got another one for my son's room.
