So slow it’s unusable

The picture quality is great, it is certainly 4K QLED. However, both of these TV’s are so incredibly slow and unresponsive they are basically unusable. I don’t know how these TV’s passed any quality check before being mass manufactured. They freeze up every time I hit a button on the remote. I mean every. single. time. It takes so long to respond I always wonder if the TV even knows I hit a button. I suppose I can buy a firestick and plug it into the TV and use that, but that should not be the case. I can’t recommend this TV to anybody. It’s a shame because I have a 5 year old insignia TV that still works great.
