The tv shows grey video on the right portion on the tv. There is a wide band (about 10% of the screen ) greyed out abd no color.

Excellent and unexpected resolution. This is the first Insignia product we've purchased - having been devoted Samsung television owners for years. Salesperson recommended this and he is right! Pleasantly surprised and very happy with product.

So awesome is this tv! It replaced the Samsung 55 inch we had because it couldn't keep up with the Roku stick technology. With this tv we don't need the Roku which was a hassle every 1 - 2 years because their technology became outdated.

Unfortunately I had a major house fire and lost almost everything including my new tv and 2 others. Please with your service and will most likely be calling for you for all new electronics especially if you can assist me in all arenas. My tv was less than 5 days old.

It's ok, but not great. I would say it's good for the price. The 4K smoothing settings are not very good and I had to fiddle with the settings to get it to look better, even so it seems a bit washed out. I have also had to go into the settings to "restart" the TV a few times, which was a pain to figure out since turning the TV off doesn't reset all of the applications. I had to do this after an update that was supposed to fix bugs just to get the TV to show any video! It's a bit glitchy, but again I bought it for a cheap black Friday price, so it's alright for the price. I would recommend it if you are on a tight budget and it's on sale.

Definitely worth the money, your tv is going to be obsolete within 6 months so no use in spending more money and your vision probably isn’t that great from 20 feet anyways.

The price was a winner and the picture is amazing. But the Amazon fire tv interface is horrible.

We love it.. when you hook up an external antenna it puts the local channels in with the streaming channels. We live in Illinois but like to watch the news from Austin TX channel 7 fox news. It streams with Tubi.. We got a 32 in for the guest bedroom..

This has all the features to connect you to Amazon, and Netflix and Hulu, which is great, but make sure that you have an Amazon prime account you can connect this TV to otherwise you’re really wasting your money.

Great price, great picture quality, and awesome delivery guy that helped my elderly mom by setting it up out of the goodness of his heart! I hope he gets recognized for bring a great human being! Overall experience was of the charts! Thanks again!!!

A great new Tv... I have a ton of things to figure out since it has so many channels, apps and whatever else, since it is a smart tv. I love the live tv channels and how it goes from one app to another quickly.

Viewing the tv from the front is great. The problem is viewing it from the side, it looks washed out. I have to turn the whole thing to see it from my kitchen.

This is the best tv . It is perfect for my apartment and the best investment. Highly recommend.

Decent picture but had to exchange within 10 months. Problems with the back lit and it started to function slow.

DO NOT BUY THIS TV! STOP BUYING SMART TVS!!! This is the last smart tv I will ever buy, and THE LAST Amazon Fire product I will ever buy. There are so many stupid qwuirks/ software bugs with this device, sitting down and watching something has become a chore now. The remote becomes desynced every 2 days and I have to restart the entire TV. The TV sometimes cant find anything on any of the HDMI Inputs and requires a full restart. The TV will reset your visual settings every couple of days. This crap software this tv uses is absolute garbage and constantly badgers you about linking your amazon account. Also my Roku box doesn't work well on this TV and will sometimes give me an HDCP error. So much for being an honest paying customer, the box thinks i'm trying to illegally record my TV shows. Awful awful for my first smart TV. I threw this thing out on the street and brought back my simple 1080p Insignia tv and don't want to upgrade. I'm sick of smart TVs already and their updates introducing more and more bugs into it's operating system. It doesn't need an operating system. This was a waste of money and my time.

I thought it might not be as good as my Samsung 65 in tv but i was great and internet hook up was a breeze. Gaming mode is awesome also and refresh rate us nice. Will recommend.

First i like to say it a good looking tv but it only lasted 3 months now it doesn’t turn no more i try everything from doing a hard reset to buying a new cord still nothing. And the worst part is i can’t return it & get my money because its past the 15 day return. What a joke brand

Picture quality nit the best. Remote stop working after 3 months. It has been 6 months, still trying to get new remote.
