Stopped working in 3 months - warranty is garbage.

Called Insignia because it's under warranty. After an hour of troubleshooting, they couldn't figure it out and said a technician would need to come out. It's July 5th and I now need to wait until August 9th for someone to determine in person it needs to be replaced. We'll see what happens after that! Don't purchase Best Buy's brands.

Wifi would not hold connection either required restart of TV from settings to reconnect. 2) the TV is not recognizing the childrens profile from Amazon. It’s not clear why but not allowing my daughter to use her profile.

The picture gets blurry off and on with purple tints. I thought it was because of the Roku, but I changed it to the 4K and I still have problems. Now today I lost the volume totally for no reason. At least it happened just in the nick of time to return it.

Glitchy TV

But worst part of it is how glitchy it becomes after about 6 mo the. The remote is non responsive at times and at other times, you press a button once, like the volume, and acts like you pressed it 50 times putting the volume on max. All my Fire TVs have similar issues with different degrees of variation.
