Don’t trust that it’s new

When I brought it home I realized the tape was broken, and the box was a bit torn up... but thought maybe that had happened in shipping. When I went through all the trouble to set it up, the left half of the display was messed up. I had to drive all the way back and exchange it. We noticed unboxing the next tv that it had protective tape, and the energy star sticker on it (which the previous tv didn’t). So, they gave me an unboxed/returned tv for full price and I might not have noticed if it wasn’t broken. They wasted my entire day, and they could’ve scammed me if the first tv wasn’t completely busted. I am not happy with that.

Delivery was great, so was the return. I upgraded to a Sony 55 X80J. More money, but a better product.
