    Some shows have dots in the upper right side of the screen. Not sure if it's the show or a flaw in the screen. Don't have them on my other TV but also only appears when watching certain shows.

    A solid but predestrian product. In that it works. It opens automatically to the app page and I prefer the reverse. The colors are muted but perhaps in time I’ll be able to tinker with it to get it right.

    The TV is nice but it would have been even better if it had come with an instruction book to tell you how to operate it correctly, and how to get what you want out of it as far as channels go etc.

    Thr tv has a good 4K panel but it glitches atleast once in a week. The cpu is underpowered for it. But once you load something on it it works like a charm

    Could not always get it to turn on. Had to do 3-4 different buttons to get it to work. Colors constantly running thur the picture in the background. Very distracting. Returned the tv

    Ok. Sound was not great. Had to purchase a sound bar. My Hisense 55 was much better value and had awesome sound. Would not purchase this brand agin.

    Picture quality is not as sharp as my other tv's, I had to adjust the color mode all the way up to 100 percent to acheve the color I wanted.

    Worked fine for 3 days and then died. First time I've ever seen a tv do this. Guess I got a dud.

    After the last update was installed, the TV has been a horrible. Constantly have to unplug and plug back in to get TV to come on. I have a Roku player hooked up to TV, man was that a mistake. Called customer service, and they said all they would do as far as support was to unplug and plug back in. But as the old saying goes, you get what you pay for.

    I sometimes don't like the colors. I think I just need to find out how to adjust the color. The color sometimes seem off.

    There was no directions and no manual, warranty, and above all no receipt. So can you tell me when am I going to get these items.

    It is a "Fire TV". Good value but the viewing angle is very limited also the TV can't decode certain audio types well,

    The product picture quality is horrible, QLED is supposed to be the evolution of LED, QLED is like going back to the 90's you can actually see the pixels close up and there are trillions of them, so if you are wanting this to use as a pc monitor you will be very disappointed. The power cord is incredibly stupid, took me 20 mins to figure out the plug doesn't actually go all the way in anymore sits out just enough to spark and start a fire. The screws for the legs are very cheap and easy to strip, makes you think how bad it is inside tv. The Sharp setting for this device is ridiculous while setting it to 0 helped it was Band-Aid for a shotgun wound. The warranty is 1 year, if the above isn't bad enough this device only supports problems for 1 year. The geek squad wouldn't allow me to add more than 2 years. My problems start with my tv's after 4-5, so it's basically useless. I did find a half solution; Wal-Mart provides better deals on tv's and you can't beat a 6 year warranty.

    I bought a 55 inches insignia tv from best buy. it supposed to include some other stuff,,i got SOME of them but the one that i really wanted was the ECHO DOT [3RD GEN SMART SPEAKER.]AND IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE INCLUDED ON THE PACKAGE.BUT IT DIDN'T. BEST BUY SAID THEY CAN NOT DELIVER IT. THEY DELIVER A 55 INCH TELEVISION BUT THEY CAN NOT DELIVER A SMALL SPEAKER.IS THIS YOUR WAY OF DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS? I PAY FOR THAT ECHO DOT SO YOU HAVE TO MAIL IT TO ME.THANK YOU AND REMEMBER THAT GOD IS WATCHING YOU FROM THE DISTANCE

    I've had so much trouble with this TV getting it having it installed, needing them to come back out due to cable channels not working. Called the cable company to come and fix problem only to find out the tuner is out in my new TV. can't get best buy out to correct the problem went to the store to talk to the store manager only to be told because of weather I had to call or come back. I'm not a very happy best buy customer you call for tech support to come out and it takes 1-2 weeks
