    Needs more complete instructions on set up, still cant get my vizo sound bar to work on this TV.

    Nice tv if all you want to do is access apps. Will not work with Direct TV Satellite. Works with DirecttvStream, but i couldn't figure out how to access a recorded program. Can't get all your local stations. Nice picture quality. But, it's going back.

    Its a pathetic Tv. If you want a buget TV , qled tech, 55 inch… then you may go for it. But remember that you will fill like pictures are running is VIvid mode. Too much colorful which will give headaches and pinch your eyes. At the same price i bought LG tv. I am happy with it.

    I picked up this TV, Insignia™ - 55" Class F50 Series QLED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV on November 4, 2021 and this morning, January 4, 2022 there is a gray stripe down the middle of the TV screen. I do not recommend this brand. Now I need to figure out how this is going to be resolved.

    Other then the price, this TV is a huge disappointment. I dont know where others are saying its an improvement over other 4K TV's more or less the new OLED and QLED TV's. Dont't believe me, just look at the posted pictures that arent games on here. This TV is dark, very Dark. Even adjusting the picture, the vividness is not there. I put HD movies and 4K movies on disney plus and nothing popped. For gaming the colors were actually good but for regular HD and 4K movies this was a huge disappoint. I eventually bought the Samsung Crystal LED TV and that was way better in color and contrast.

    This piece of junk worked for four days and stopped working, I called Geeks, and it worked for a bit and, gain, it get stuck and parts of the TV is not working.

    I returned the TV. It could not be turned off with the remote. I tried to use a universal remote and it did not work either. Changed it for a Samsung.

    The TV broke at 5 months from delivery. I have TotalTech, so had the Geek Squad come for repairs and it is the main motherboard, which is the heart of the TV. I don't trust fixing it, so will ask Best Buy if can be replaced. I hope they can, but the technician wasn't sure if they would. This is the 1st TV ever that breaks for me.

    I bought this TV and only two Apps work- Netflix and Youtube. When i try to open Disney +, HBO MAX, Sling TV, it shows Unavailable!! How should i resolve this?

    Bought this TV the speakers are crap so I had to spend almost $300 for a soundbar just to make it sound good I think that should be told to people before they buy TVs

    There's no sound coming from the tv. Called the installer and he didn’t no much. Need someone to come out and troubleshoot.

    Poor Wi-Fi reception. No connection improvement with ethernet. Ethernet cable does not clip into the TV securely. Dark scenes are very dark on this TV.
