    Started ok,power plug was odd going into TV but tv looked good then after a week odd colors and lines began showing up

    Not having best of luck. first tv didnt turn on second tv cuts off randomly, waiting for Geek Squad to check it out.

    Low quality picture and one of them died I returned TV and got a better quality one Samsung

    the wall mount screws are recessed in a way that the best buy branded wall mount doesnt even fit without buying longer m6 screws

    Volume doesn’t work after 2 weeks

    We’ve had it for 2 weeks, used it 3 times and now the volume doesn’t work. After googling it, this seems to be a common issue.

    Have 2; 1 doesn’t work after 3 months; store said unplug or factory reset manually with buttons that don’t exist; I’m going to WM or Target

    Wow! This is a really nice 4k smart fire tv. This is all new to me and I am very impressed. The colors are bright, vibrant and sharp. I didn't even know there were so many possible streaming devices. But that's a really great option and easy to access and use once it's set up. I've used hulu, netflix, prime, youtube and disney+. I had no issues using these and it was convenient and easy back and forth. This includes 4 hdmi which works really well for using Xfinity, Xbox and Playstation that we use. This was very easy to install and set up. I think we were able to start watching in about 1/2 hour from plugging in. This can be wall mounted but we used the stand. Considering mounting it to wall though in the near future. The Alexa voice controlled remote can be a convenient way to access the programs and apps. Another nice option is the modes you can choose from so you can get the perfect picture color combination. It took me a little time to find the screen mirroring program, that's where you can show what's on the phone screen on the tv, but now that I know where to find it, we use it often. Also have to stay this was packed really well to keep the tv secured for delivery. I works definitely recommend this tv.

    Awesome TV! A Samsung alternative!

    Out of box experience is amazing! After buying a Samsung Q60 QLED TV and discovered the screen was cracked upon plugging it in I returned it and got this one. This TV was packaged 100% better than the Samsung! After un-boxing, mounting it on the wall in my Master Bedroom and turning it on it went through several updates that took about 15 minutes in all. I have a xfinity 4k and Apple TV 4K hooked up via the HDMI inputs. I am very impressed by the picture quality and sound! A great feature is when my Ring doorbell is pressed, a Picture in Picture comes up in the top right corner showing live feed from my Ring doorbell and you can interact through the voice remote to talk to the person at the door. At $300.00 less than the Samsung, I highly recommend this set! The "Bezel less" design is very appealing as well!

    Willy Wonka's Oompa Loompas showed up as soon as my TV started up! Way to much color saturation out of the box, the people were orange and red. But, good thing is you can adjust to your liking just like other consoles. I watch a lot of sports and this unit looks as good as my Sony TV, really smooth movement watching fast moving camera action. My wife loves watching movies and what we noticed was nice rich black colors and then beautiful vivid bright color. I will say their is a notable difference between the tech from my Sony 2017 model and this model. This TV is so much sharper and rich in color, what a difference 4yrs makes in tech. Built in "Fire TV" is really nice, we have an "Amazon Cube" so if you are familiar with Amazon operating system then nothing will change. If you are new to it then welcome, you will love it. The components board has every hook up you need including 4 HDMI slots which includes the ARC line so you have the option of soundbar HDMI instead of the optical but if you need that HDMI for something you can stay with the optical route. Overall this is a really nice 4kTV for the price and especially if this is your first intro to the 4k world. The remote is simple, the setup is not complexed. It comes with a stand or you can hang it, so simple and well done.

    I have several Insignia TV's and this one is by far the best. Initially out of the box the colors were a little over-saturated, the reds and flesh tones especially. I set the picture to the natural setting and now I must say the color is the best of all the tv's I own. We have this TV wall mounted in our bedroom and the brightness almost borders on a little too bright and I turned the backlight down a little. Install and set up was a breeze. I have had FIre TV since it's inception and I think Amazon has done a great job with the interface upgrades over the years. I also have Roku and Chromecast and I think Fire TV is now very similar to Chromecast in the operation. As I mentioned before the picture is fantastic especially on 4K shows on Netflix and Prime Video, the detail is fantastic whites are very bright and the blacks are very dark. I like having Fire TV built in so it removes having to have a separate remote to set things like the sleep timer, picture quality etc. Overall I would say the QLED is a home run and I am seriously considering upgrading my main TV to QLED as I am that impressed. I also have to commend Insignia customer service and the Geek Squad as my 1st TV arrived damaged and it was promptly replaced and the follow up was spectacular. Overall I could not be happier.

    Customer Service misstep

    The TV that I purchased so far is fine. The reason for the 4star instead of 5 has to do more with the customer service information that I was given about a stand that would hold a 55in TV. I asked the Customer Service person helping me about stands to fit such a large TV. I was told there were only a few and those were several hundred dollars. My niece told me about a stand she purchased from Best Buy that was $80.00. I went back to the store about 2 weeks later and inquired about the lower price stand, The stand was available by delivery. I ordered it and received it in about 7days. I would have gotten that stand to begin with had I been advised of its existance.
