Amazon Fire Ruins the Usefulness of the TV

The tv itself is fine, but the Amazon fire platform is awful. Even when it is fully connected to the WiFi with “excellent” connectivity, the various streaming device apps rarely work. So if you only want to be able to watch tv occasionally and rarely at the time you actually want to sit down and watch something, then go ahead and get this tv. When it’s working, everything is great, but there’s no telling when that will be.

even my RCA sets are much better

Maybe I got a dud, but my 4K, 55" Insignia was the worst quality image I've even seen. I struggled to improve it but gave up and returned it. I have 4 large screen TVs and even my RCA sets are much better

If I can give it zero stars I would. Stopped showing picture and only had sound after only 3 years of having the tv. It always kept freezing on the apps as well. Definitely not the best quality either. Would not recommend to anyone.

Never got the remote to pair with the TV. Purchased a new remote but it would not pair either. Had to re pack and return to a Best Buy 45 miles away. I spent more time in the store explaining everything then the drive time.

I just bought and it is not working. It is look like a cheap plastic fabric and display looks like LCD not feels like QLED. Bestbuy told they dont have any display in the showroom so bought and checked.

Had to unplug the tv every time I turned it I. Just to get sound. I promptly returned it for something that actually worked. Stay away from this tv!!!!!
