I purchased this tv in February and it worked fine perfect but one day in about April the sound on the tv switched to headphone mode all on its own. I’ve never put headphones into the tv so I don’t know why it does this. I’ve went to every setting on the tv, cable box, I’ve unplugged everything but nothing takes the headphone mode off we have to wait for the sound to come back on it’s own. At first it do it for a day and work for a couple hours the next day then back to no sound but recently the tv was stuck like this for 2 weeks until the sound came back on Sunday and yesterday (Saturday within the same week) it back on headphone mode. It’s really irritating not being able to hear the tv when you want to watch it. The tv is located in the living room so that makes it worse. I reported the problem so many times with no response, so I’ll make sure I’ll never buy from this company again. I’ve gotten to many headaches trying to deal with this tv.

The only thing I don’t like about the new smart TVs is you have to have their original remote to be able to select what you want to watch.

I'm loving this UHD TV! The picture is great and it has all kinds of streaming options built in. Love the home page that comes up when you turn it on.

I was a bit skeptical at first but it’s such a great TV for a great price too! It’s very easy to use and the color and quality is outstanding

This was a great value at $400 to get a 4k Roku Smart TV with 55 inches of viewing. The quality is not as good as my 55 inch Samsung which was $1500, but most cannot tell the difference. Again, great value for the price!

This Insignia UHDTV is the perfect combination of quality and price. I can't believe how great the picture quality is for such a low price.

I received this TV for Christmas and I am glad my wife bought it for me it does everything I need for it to do. The reason I give it 4 stars is simply because of the remote, I was use to the big remotes with numbers.

This brand tv is a guality unit. I have purchased thus brand for years. Currently have on that is 15 years old and still has a great picture.

Awesome quality for the price. Once you get the advanced picture tuning down it is very comparable to much more expensive models.

I bought my first of these TVs last fall. When my second TV died, I went to Best Buy to purchase the same TV. So easy to set up and use.

Great TV for the money! Out this in my sister in laws living room without a sound bar. Great picture and sound. She loves it!

Had this tv for a year and I love it. Smart tv so easy to use and set up . Also purchased a wall mount which I would recommend doing

This TV is a good price. It works great, awesome picture and it has all the apps on it that you will need. I'll be buying another one soon!

This is a superb deal! Looks just as nice as the tvs that cost 3x as much, especially once calibrated!

I’ve had this TV for 4 months now and I have been very happy with the purchase. I upgraded from a 42” Panasonic that was about 5 years old.

Great 55” TV that is sleek and easy to use. Great picture quality. I love the menu options and that the controller has a Netflix button also

The television has an awesome picture. The color is great! I would highly recommend this television.

I really like this TV. Has a great picture. Sound could be better but most TVs suffer from bad speakers. Nothing a sound bar can’t fix.
