Nice picture for the money
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.All in all not a bad tv. Love the apps and how to get around them. My only complaint is the sound is not great. We have to turn it up to 30 or higher toh ear most shows. So we use surround sound a lot.

Good till now
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this TV as a replacement after TCL S405 died within 5 months. Check the review in S405 webpage for particulars. Compared to TCL 4K a) Picture quality is similar b) Startup speed is slightly better c) Stand is thicker and hence robust which is good. d) The On/Off sensor is on the side/edge that makes it easy to place a sound bar in front. The old TCL TV had it somewhere in the middle that I had to stand-up and point my remote from an elevated position . My last Insignia 42" LCD lasted from Oct 2009 till the pic started to fade around in Q3 2017. Hopefully this lasts as long.... Quibbles (minor) ========= The Roku remote does not have Amazon Prime button instead Sling TV.
