Solid budget TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Let me start by saying that I use 3 55" TVs for my PC display; a TCL 55S405, a Samsung UN55MU6300, and this Insignia and that's all I have to go on as far as comparison and contrast. That said, I also have never used any of the smart features so those I cannot speak on. Pros: -Minimal halo effect -Good color reproduction -Solid frame construction (it's not as flimsy as other TVs at this price point) Cons: -Black performance (blacks are very bright) Overall a solid performer for the money (I picked mine up for about 325), but if you want deep blacks and good contrast you'll want to look at a higher price point.
