Always was very fussy, etc. As my wife was in the hospital that TV died so afterwards I needed to grab her/us something for the family room. I called Insigna and told them I need this, this, and that app capability and not only were they beyond helpful but also had everything. This is a 10/10....Yo are nuts to pay more for a "name brand"
