Since it’s An amazon tv, I mean at least you should be able to download the movies you own from them so you can watch offline if ever the case. But you can’t do that. Overall tho, it’s a decent tv.

But there are a lot of things that aren't great. The viewing angle on this TV is VERY limited. It is angled to face the primary seating position and looks great. However, if you go maybe 30 degrees angle the picture loses a LOT of color and looks overly bright. The audio coming from it seems like it is bouncing off of the wall behind it and as a result loses a lot of quality. Sometimes the software will get unstable and we have to restart it in order to get it working again. One time when it got like this it would not turn off and had to be unplugged to get it to restart. The processor says its a quad core, but it acts like a single core with the menus and apps loading more sluggishly than running on an Amazon stick. All that being said, it is a great deal when on sale, just don't expect the same quality as a more "luxurious" model. :)

We brought it home anyway but after having it for a week we can't return it cuz we are in love with the other features. Great buy!! except for video games, quality is not good for video games other than that it's great.
