Good TV for the price

The should have made the remote little bigger with an extra button to view video and movies in full screen. The previous and first Insignia TV came with excellent remote, Hope Best buy can correct this in their next model TV.

Poor color, slow refresh rate, not worth the price

I was very disappointed with the color accuracy, refresh rate, and overall brightness of the TV. This TV is acceptable for watching 4K quality content, however up scaling images from 720p or 1080p (IE: from cable box or Xbox One) produced a terrible picture and was completely unacceptable. The higher end 4K TVs are much better at doing this compared to this one and are completely worth the money in comparison. TL;DR, the old TV was far better than this one unless specifically streaming 4K content. I returned the item after 4 hours of trying to fix the poor picture with minimal success.

Horrible Customer Service

About 18 months and the backlight went out. BB customer service is horrible. They couldn't even tell me if the parts and service warranty was still in effect. They scheduled a technician to come and repair the problem after about an hour on the phone and being placed on hold three times for 10 to 15 minutes at a time. They couldn't even schedule the proper time and after 2 and 1/2 weeks the technician called to say he was on his way and he told me that the problem as described could not be repaired.
