It has an excellent hd definition and sound. It sounds as if I am in a movie theater and I am just seating in my living room. I had no problems setting navigating through the different apps. It is user friendly for a beginner.

This is a great entry level TV for the price. I purchased it on the Deal of the Day promotion, so for the price, the size and having Fire TV built into it, this is a great TV. I would highly recommend this TV.

I love the tv and I got it for great price! Less than $300! Soon as I seen it was on sale I jumped on it because I was looking for another smart tv that was at least “55 for a good price then I found this no complaints so far

Over all rate, I gave a five stars because the picture quality is perfect that came with other features. So that is a plus, we used for our living room. Never the less, it the best price for good quality tv.

Looking at the price of this TV I thought it was going to be a very basic quality TV. Once I got it all setup I found that this TV's quality is way better than I had anticipated! Everything looks vibrant and bright with amazing contrast. The smart features are way cooler on this TV than my other LG smart 4K TV. With the Alexa remote you can literally control anything on the TV (input, channel, Netflix, volume, search for content, and even control your smart home devices). And I believe the remote is Bluetooth since it works without being pointed at the TV. The sound is actually pretty decent with the TV speakers if you're watching a TV show. Even video games look amazing with no visible blurring. Overall this TV is awesome and the best price for all the features it offers!

This Insignia TV provides an excellent picture and even surround sound. It was an exceptional value for what I paid. I highly recommend to everyone looking for a great TV at a reasonable price.

For being on the cheap end of 4k tv's, it's not bad. Once you calibrate it the pictures pretty nice. The apps built in is a huge plus with the wife and kid. Plus loads of 4k content is available.

I love this tv!! I bought this at a really good price and received a free echo with the purchase!! Easy set up!! From the time I opened the box up until I turned it on and set it up was about 15 minutes...

Surprised at just how nice this TV actually is, super easy to set up and get started with everything from apps to other uses. I use this set for a third monitor to blow up plans to share with others, glad I got it!

I’ve only owned this for two months but love it so far... easy set up. Do t need my firestick... nice sound and screen... lightweight and skinny enough to stand in my mantle... happy customer so far!!

The TV is a very nice 4k 55 inch Smart TV with Alexa voice remote for a very amazing sale price. Regular $400+ and was on sale for $299. Can't go wrong at that price with great features and picture.

For this price, it’s a no brained. Good tv, good quality, super lightweight. Only down side is that the legs on it are far apart and if you don’t have a tv mount, is a little large to put on a stand or dresser.

I was tired off all the gadgets I had hooked up to my old TV, including my Fire Stick, so I started looking for a 55" Smart 4K UHD TV under $400. I found several online but was fortunate to get an email from Best Buy that had Tech & TV's on sale. I was shocked to find this TV with all the features I wanted especially with FireTV integrated. Plus I got the TV at a great sale price so I was able to purchase the extended warranty too. The picture quality is noticeably better than my old 50" HDTV since my TV is about 15' away from my couch. The sound quality is good but even better when paired with my LG sound bar (purchased at Best Buy last year). Normally don't submit product ratings but I did this time because of how happy I am with this purchase.

This is the best TV I’ve ever owned...bought it online yesterday for $249 now the price is back up...built in fire TV is fast!!! No need for an android box! Pro tire quality is superb...well done Insignia well done!

Got this on sale for $250. The price couldn't be beat for the size and 4K. Great sound for a TV and indepth picture. Easy to set up. Need Amazon Prime to access all the Amazon shows, but works with Netflix and cable fine.

We were hesitant to purchase because not sure of quality of picture or name brand. We are now very pleased for purchasing this TV, no regrets, Would buy this brand again. purchased on sale and pleased with price

I was looking for a TV for a gift and did not want to spend a lot of money but still wanted a good tv. I got even more with this choice. It was a great price and turned out to be a great tv as well.

The tv has a great picture for the price and easy to use. I use firetv, apple tv, Disney+ and the internet on the screen. I can watch just about anything with a click of the remote control.

After setting up my Insignia television, the picture was perfect. Was amazed on the Alexa capacity to answer questions. Being able to switch from tv to netflix and other apps is a nice and convenient addition. Thanks!

I bought this bc I wanted a smart tv for my living room in within my price range. I bought the 55 inch fire stick tv. I must say it is beyond what I expected! Good brand, great value, and great quality overall!
