Not user friendly for antenna users

That is not true!! There is no way to simply change channels with this remote. There is a volume up/down button but not one for the channels. We currently only have an antenna because of not having quality internet where we live. We went ahead and got a smart TV so we would have it when good internet becomes available. One of the only ways to change channels is to hit the down button to pull up a list of the channels that you then have to scroll through. That wouldn't be too bad except that the channels are in no kind of order. The first channel listed is the one you are watching then the next is the last channel you watched and the next on listed is the channel you watched before that and so on. So the list is ever changing making it very difficult to actually find the channel you want. The only other option is to go to the guide which lists the channels alphabetically instead of numerically. This makes it impossible to easily find what you are looking for since more than one of the channels on antenna have the same name (such as WKNO). We called Best Buy to find out if there was any other option. We were told that we could program any universal remote to this TV. Sounded great because we already had one. I did in fact get the universal remote programmed to this TV but it would only control the volume and on/off. Still no changing channels! This TV is not user friendly at all if you are using an antenna.
