Easy to use, great features, clear picture! The options are endless, even considering getting rid of cable and just using the features of the tv to get by.

My 55" LG died. I wanted to replace it as inexpensively as possible. I have grown to really like the Insignia line and purchase the 55" tv. Works great, easy to configure and picture quality is good.

I was in the market for a new tv and my girlfriend helped me decide on this one. It was easy to setup and get running and the picture quality was very nice! The only issue we had was using voice commands to switch inputs. We kept saying "switch to hdmi1" and the response was "i don't recognize that input, check your settings and try again." There wasn't any instructions on changing the default names of the inputs to something else and we didn't know this was required. I found you need to assign a non-default name from a list to the input to allow the voice switch to work. Only downside we have encountered.

Picked up this tv on sale and glad I did. I already owned a Insignia tv so I had faith that this one would be as good. It is a smart tv and everything worked as expected and setup was easy.

Great tv! It’s a plus that it has firetv built right into it. It was real easy to set up as well. Just have to log in with your Amazon credentials.

The television never looked so good in our house until we got this TV. Right price, high quality picture! Support from insignia was great when I called with a question... love it!

This is the best tv that I have ever had. Bright beautiful clear picture, vivid colors and wonderful sound. I keep finding new things on it every day. And having Alexa right in the tv is totally awesome.

Purchased this tv on Black Friday for really good price. Was very skeptical because of low price but I knew if something goes sour I can return it. Unboxed tv ss soon I got home and set it all up. No rocket science there.picture quality is amazing for the price and big upgrade from full hd. It helps if you have amazon account to speed up sign in process and get all apps you need/want. It’s been 7 months and no issues at all. Couple weeks after purchase I got extended warranty for like $29 just to be on safer side. Nice thing is if tv is 55” or larger they’ll come to your house to repair it or take it to repair center if can’t be repaired in spot and they’ll bring it back. Worth the money.

Not only does this TV have great graphics, but its internet and smart tv functions works faster than my Samsung. Also you wont even need a sound bar, the speakers are loud,clear and produce a bass.

Very happy with this purchase and very easy to set up. The unit is very user friendly to use overall and picture quality is excellent. Easy to use with Netflix and Amazon Prime etc.

Best Buy delivered and set up our new TV and took away our old HEAVY 20th century model right on time and with expertise. This Insignia 55inch is just what we were hoping for. The picture is clean and crisp and makes us feel we are in on the action. The sound is better than what I had imagined. The remote control is really small and I was afraid it would not handle the commands but for certain, it does. There is even a voice activated command! The buttons for Netflix, HBO, etc. make changing from one input to another a breeze. I did make one call to find out the easiest way to do this and was guided through the process. And the price was a real surprise for the quality so far. Thanks, BB!

I have multiple tv and I paid 4 x more for previous smart TVs (due to technology changes). This tv has a great picture and great sound. I love the simple remote and ease of use.

I bought it on sale and it’s been a great tv. The quality display and clarity was crystal clear. The smart tv feature is a great benefit to the tv. Overall I am very satisfied with the purchase.

The picture quality is great on this tv. It is also very easy to stream to it, having YouTube, Prime, Vudu, and Netflix just by pushing a button at the bottom of the remote.

I looked at two middle-level 4k fire tv's original bought the insignia 43 in not big enough so I got 55 in insignia fire tv, the picture seemed better than the smaller tv. outstanding picture, the new fire 4k works great actually fun many little features. To me, the wireless conductivity is superior to most. I own a 65 in sony 950f to me it is comparable. This was a gift to my mother now every time I go there and watch it. I comment on how much tv for the money. the only variable is longevity. I do not think that will be a problem I bought a 65 in 1080 p insignia several years ago. I sold it to a friend and it still works well. I feel this is an excellent choice if it only came in a bigger screen

Very happy with this purchase. The sound, color, Fire TV, and 4K seem to be better than I expected. I have over a year using this TV and to this day still appreciate every bit of it.

Worked with my 89 year old father to upgrade his older TV. They ran a great sale so was able to talk him into upgrading. Very easy to set up. My only complaint is attaching the feet. Whoever designed the method to attach the screws needs some more design training. We tried to set up dad an Amazon account, being this is a Fire TV; we get all the way to the final screen and they ask about a code which there is no where to enter it, so for now he can't set up an Amazon account to unlock more Apps. More of Amazon's fault, not the TV mfg. No indication as to how to get help on this anywhere I could see.

We love our new Insignia TV. The color is crisp and the size is perfect for our room. It is easy to navigate to our favorite Netflix programs and we are very happy with our purchase.
