I just wish they gave you time to insure because I got one laptop for my birthday in October I hardly use and and a tiis tv for Christmas and I could insure them that stinks that you guys make it so hard.

This tv is awesome, especially for this price. Only downside is that whenever you want to watch cable or anything connected via hdmi you have to choose that from the menu. But... the remote responds very quickly so if just takes a few clicks.

Called the Concord NH store to check availability. Purchased item. Curbside pickup was easy and quick. I felt comfortable in knowing that my husband and I could make a call if we encountered difficulties setting up theTV.

Again great bargain, however when your FIRST pairing the TV. Remember to RESET you cable box. I couldn’t figure it out at the beginning. But, after I searched the internet I found that’s whats required if you have Spectrum cable. Just FYI!

Have not had the product for too long. One irritating thing is that I often have to use the TV remote (instead of the Cable remote) to again select HDMV1. I don't use anything else, but it makes me do this now and then.

Tv has decent picture quality. the Amazon fire works well with no lag. The big issue is if you use Digital optical sound and you pause netflix or anything like that, the moment you press play it will go to maximum sound then real quite then back to max sound before it returns to whatever level you had it. It is very annoying and customer service has been horrible with it. Hard to reccomend this to someone due to the faulty nature of it. Doing some research it seems to be commone with these.

Great picture and decent TV. The menu and remote are a bit annoying. First TV had to be returned due to sound going out after a few days. Has been fine since replaced.

Well this is a rare negative review but it comes in 2 parts. First the TV itself is GREAT. Great picture, great sound, and excellent price. 5 stars for the Insignia brand. The problem is the Fire TV interface. First off, the Fire TV interface is chaos and ads. Secondly, I CANNOT control this TV with my Echo dot. It just doesn’t work. I say stick with Roku Insignia or add your own smart device.

So this was a great purchase, but after 2 years this crapped out on us. Insignia said your on your own, refuses to be supportive for us so as a result we're not going to purchase insignia ever again. We used to love buying this brand until this TV. Shame too because this was a great TV, but 2 years was not worth the price. Better off spending the extra money on a different TV that will last longer

Setup instructions were clear and precise. Up and viewing in less than a half hour. Streamed Amazon Prime movie straight out of the box with a wireless WiFi connection with the pre-loaded prime video app.

Didn't need a tv but for $249 and no taxes for a 55" 4k, I couldn't let it go. Viewing angle is less than specified. Picture quality diminishes quite a bit if not veiwing from directly in front. Sound is bad. Need a sound bar. HDMI (ARC) port 1 has a sound sync issue. The other 2 HDMI ports are fine. Built in Fire TV is a plus. Other than that I would have givin it 2 stars. I guess thats why its a $249 TV.

It’s been more than a year since we bought this telly and it’s still working perfectly. To be honest I was hesitant on buying this because I am not familiar with the brand.

4K HD is awesome. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the hole for mounting on the wall are low on the back not in the center so it makes it harder to center on the wall.

Purchased this tv for our living room, it's just the right size and the price was considerably low. Image is great and audio is too. Have only had it for a few weeks but so far so good.

This TV has been a true workhorse! I have some higher priced 4K TVs and honestly sometimes I think this one shows better. I also find the native interface very easy to use and interact with. 10/10 recommend.

This is a very nice budget conscious TV. My only draw back is not necessarily the TV's problem but my own. This TV is designed for streaming getting to the cable input is multiple screens.

This smart TV does the job. I honestly can’t complain for the price; under $300. My only issues are that the sound isn’t that great but a sound bar did the trick. Also, I’ve yet to get Alexa to work.

Wanted a bigger tv for my livingroom. If you are on a budget like we are, this is a perfect tv! This is the 4th Insignia brand tv we have bought. All the others still work perfectly! And I would not trust another brand in my house.

OMG tv broke in middle of COVID! But easy peezy. I ordered. It was delivered and installed next day. All social distancing, masks and sanitizer used. I am a (mostly) happy camper....still want to get out!

This is a great tv at such an affordable price. Insignia is a brand I bought before and when I needed another tv for another room and the price was so low I had to get this one. Not disappointed at all. Great screen and clarity.
